A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLER AT BRET TRIPPLETT:

As an HVAC Installer, each day begins with purpose. You'll start by collaborating with our team, installing and optimizing HVAC systems in homes and businesses. From precise furnace installations to fine-tuning air conditioning units, your attention to detail ensures top-notch service. With each project, you'll build trust and lasting relationships, leaving a positive impact on our valued customers!

QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for the role of HVAC Installer at Bret Tripplett HeatingCooling, LLC, you must have:

• A universal EPA card
• A valid driver's license
• HVAC installation experience (service experience is a plus)
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed in the HVAC industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Mechanical work experience
• Service work experience
• Ability to perform both installation and service work

We are willing to train the right candidate!

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call evening and weekends as needed. Our office is located in Lincoln, IL, but you'll have the opportunity to travel to various job sites throughout the area.
