HCHA is looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our growing Twin Cities Team.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential HVAC replacements and installations
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products
• Perform venting, refrigerant piping, condensate, gas piping, and ductwork modifications as needed
• Deliver clean, detailed, code-compliant installations
• Complete proper equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning
• Identify problems and communicate them before they become bigger problems
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Represent Home Care with professionalism, pride and within our Core Values

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading residential changeouts and full-system installations
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Leadership and team-first mindset
• Organized, dependable, and accountable
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving rec

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
