Position Overview

• At least 3 years of experience installing residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, package units, condensers, furnaces, and indoor air purification systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the lead installer.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Complete, organized set of hand tools and HVAC tools.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this role, you will regularly be required to stand, walk, use your hands to handle tools and equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. You will frequently climb or balance and work in confined spaces. Ladder work is required. You must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. The role involves working in high-heat environments for extended periods and using a personal mobile device to create invoices and upload images through the company application.

Work Environment

Primarily attics and outdoor areas of residential homes. Exposure to temperatures exceeding 110°F, high/precarious places, and outdoor weather conditions for 8+ hours per day.
