HVAC Installer / Return Technician — Full-Time

$24–$26/hour DOE for service and return work, plus competitive flat-rate pay for installations.

We are looking for a dependable HVAC technician who takes pride in clean installations and finishing the job correctly. Our focus is quality workmanship, clear communication, and results we can stand behind.

This position centers on installations and planned return work. You should be comfortable following a documented scope and completing assigned repairs without constant supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Install and replace package units and mini-split systems.
• Complete assigned repairs, parts replacements, and installation follow-up.
• Handle condensate drains/PVC, basic electrical work, and brazing.
• Perform proper evacuation, nitrogen sweeps, and refrigerant charging by weight.
• Document work with photos, equipment information, and clear notes in Housecall Pro.
• Keep work areas clean and communicate professionally with customers and the office.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant HVAC installation and repair experience.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable attendance and follow-through.
• Ability to follow written instructions and recognize when clarification is needed.
• Pride in neat, complete work—including documentation before leaving the job.
