HVAC Installer/Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer/ Service Tecnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various equipment. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties. The HVAC Installer/Technician will ensure that all installations and repairs meet industry standards and provide optimal performance for our clients.

Duties

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and functionality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system designs.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
• No mandatory on call
• No high pressure sales
• MUST have 3 years + of experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in property maintenance or mechanical fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with design principles related to HVAC systems, including refrigerate, boil, plumb, and service technician duties.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites, must have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
