• Install or Service, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Evaluate the present conditions of equipment from all age ranges and manufacturers.
• Diagnose HVAC system failures and determine the extent of their repairs needed.
• Educate and present homeowners with HVAC system repair and replacement options
• Present financing options.
• Navigate Service Titan, presenting invoices and estimates via an iPad.
• Learn the One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job.
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Practice safe and respectful habits while in the client’s home
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and outside. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma and or GED.
• Preference (not required) have 3-5 years prior of successful experience as a technician in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Core and Type II certification required.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
