The responsibilities for this position to include, but not limited to the following: teaching, student advising, research and creative activities, service and cooperative extension, and administrative responsibilities.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

• Teach assigned classes under the supervision of the Program Director and Director of Education.
• Help students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content.
• Perform continual assessment and evaluation of student learning outcomes.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge in his/her regular teaching field.
• Participate in continuing professional development.
• Utilize current technology in the performance of job duties.
• Maintain standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional position.
• Assist with articulation and curriculum development and review.
• Serve on institution's committees and participate in faculty governance including accreditation and student co-curricular activities.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director, Director of Education, and Campus Director.
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities of a faculty member as outlined in the institution's faculty handbook.
• Demonstrate skill in resolving complex personnel issues, which involve interpretation and application of established policies and procedures, managerial analysis, and decision-making.
• Demonstrate skill in communicating verbally to make group presentations as well as a one-to one basis with persons at all levels of the organization; demonstrate proficient

writing skills; and demonstrate experience in interacting diplomatically to mediate personnel conflicts, negotiate and exchange ideas to arrive jointly at decisions and solutions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Three (3) years of documented work experience in the HVAC field
