About Us:
We specialize in service, repair, and retrofit HVAC systems for both commercial and residential properties. At Griffin Heating & Cooling, we believe in employee retention and creating a fun & positive work environment. What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (maintenance & troubleshooting)
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (must be insurable under company policy)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Live in Central Oregon or be willing to relocate permanently
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using mobile devices
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights, using extension ladders, and in tight spaces
• A professional appearance (clean, well-groomed)
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Must be available for some weekend/evening shifts on a rotating basis (every 7-8 weeks) to handle emergency service requests

Your Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with some weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis)
