HVAC Lead Installer

Carolina Comfort Heating & Air is looking for a full-time HVAC Install Lead with 5+ years of successful experience to service North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• May cut, build, and install ductwork and/or furnaces, as needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Guide, advise, and assist with oversight of the installation process on assigned team(s)
• Assist with mentoring and training entry-level Installer's!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of previous HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Knowledge of HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system start-up, and operating procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong customer service and customer interaction skills on job sites
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or mentoring capacity is a plus

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation based on experience level

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
