HVAC Maintenance Engineer

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split/ducted units, cooling towers)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults promptly
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, spare parts, and service history
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for AMC and repair work
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System) is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, ducting, and control systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
