Job Description

Everything at Franklin revolves around the customer. As an HVAC Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to take your career to the next level and lead a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians and installers
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing people
• Teach technicians to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues efficiently and honestly
• Train technicians to communicate with customers to help them understand what is going on with their HVAC system
• Provide operational oversight and support day to day operations
• Oversee and manage a warehouse of parts, supplies and equipment
• Have the opportunity to grow a team and be part of building something new

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Universal EPA certification
