Primary Objective of Position

As an HVAC Manager, the primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and employees. Despite fluctuations in customer volume, maintaining facilities in optimal condition is crucial to provide a positive experience for visitors. Being proactive and efficient in addressing HVAC system issues is vital to uphold service quality and comfort in the work environment.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the entire operation of the HVAC department, ensuring all activities are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Develop, formulate, and recommend policies and procedures to enhance work understanding and efficiency within the HVAC team.
• Plan and implement innovative strategies to improve the productivity and performance of the HVAC department.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork and collaboration among HVAC staff.
• Ensure regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems are conducted to maintain optimal performance and prevent issues.
• Develop and manage the HVAC department's budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource use to stay within budget constraints.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on HVAC system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in managing HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination.
• Willing to be based in Balesin Island Club, in Polillo, Quezon Province
