What You'll Do

Develop and Lead Your Team

• Coach, mentor, and train HVAC service technicians to improve technical and customer-facing skills
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews
• Create individual development plans and help technicians achieve their goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Drive Performance and Growth

• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including revenue, close rates, and average ticket value
• Help technicians identify opportunities to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Partner with leadership to achieve department goals and growth objectives

Manage Daily Operations

• Ensure efficient scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to maximize productivity
• Resolve customer concerns and support a world-class service experience

Maintain Excellence

• Uphold company standards for safety, workmanship, and professionalism
• Promote best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations
