HVAC Manager (Design and Construction)

JOB OVERVIEW

• Lead HVAC design (basic and detailed), load calculations, construction execution, scheduling, quality control, commissioning, performance testing, and defects liability.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage engineering and project teams and technical action plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Minimum D3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration, or related field.
• Experience: At least 10 years in HVAC design and construction management.
• Skills: Read technical drawings (AutoCAD), strong project management, leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Preferred: Experience with global HVAC manufacturers, SKA/SKK certificate in Mechanical/HVAC, main-contactor or large engineering project experience, English or Korean communication skills, and BIM/Revit or 3D modeling skills.
