HVAC New Construction Estimator

Overview
We are seeking a competent and accountable HVAC New Construction estimator/leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the installation and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and radiant systems in high end custom homes. This candidate will use that knowledge to meet with builders and clients to design, estimate, and see their plans through from rough-in through finish.

This candidate will need to have extreme accountability, taking responsibility for timely communication with team members, builders, and clients as well as overseeing the execution of the quality of work of not only themselves but their team.

We are asking a lot, but are willing to compensate accordingly. The builder's and clientele we work with demand much from our company and we are in need of additional management level members to help share the load.

Duties

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Design, estimate, organize and layout projects from inception to completion.
• Communicate with field managers and team leads to get jobs completed
• Manage builder relations with job site supervisors
• Ensure compliance with code
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Attitude and Accountability
• Skills in plumbing, electrical work, and equipment repair are highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid & Clean driver's license

Projected Total Compensation: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
