HVAC Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC or similar contractor (Plumbing, Electric, Restoration, etc.) Office Manager to join our team. The HVAC Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth workflow of a fast paced office environment. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years with a similar company and should be familiar with HVAC and Duct Cleaning services.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task phone support to inquiries and clerical tasks
• Familiarity with working with a contractor workforce directing and assisting them with info they will need in the field on a job site about the customer
• Familiarity with closing and scheduling inbound phone sales inquiries for HVAC services from customers
• Familiarity with providing exceptional customer service and empathy to customer concerns on the phone
• Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel, for preparing written proposals, permitting documents, emails, replies to clients, etc.
• Keeping detailed notes and inputting info into our CRM
• (we will train you on our CRM, Service Fusion; similar to other contractor software)
• No Calls Please

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
