WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer phones & assist customers
• Schedule appointments & manage work orders
• Create & organize job folders
• Make customer feedback calls
• Handle daily office tasks & communication
• Help create TikToks, reels & social media content
• Bring new creative ideas to office
• Stay up to date with social media trends

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling paperwork
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping people
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
• Creative and comfortable being on camera
• Social media savvy — TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
• Reliable, motivated & willing to learn
• Recent college graduate or early-career professional
• Business, Marketing, Communications or related background is a plus
• HVAC experience is NOT required — we'll train you!
