Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HVAC Operator to operate and maintain the energy-efficient HVAC systems at client sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to sustainability to help Smart Joules deliver superior energy management solutions.

Experience Range:

1 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure HVAC systems, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and functioning optimally.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Inspect, service, and adjust heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Operate, maintain, and optimize water-cooled chillers, including system start-up and shutdown.
• Monitor and adjust system parameters to maintain desired performance and energy efficiency.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as filter cleaning, lubrication, and component checks.
• Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules, documenting all activities and outcomes.
• Diagnose and repair minor defects in controls, thermostats, pumps, and water pressure regulators.
• Utilize standard and specialized tools for repairs and calibrations.
• Assist the HVAC Supervisor for all activities in the allocated shift.
