Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC installation projects from start to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and project teams.
• Ensure proper installation of VRV/VRF systems, chillers, ducting, ventilation, and other HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
• Prepare project reports, site updates, and progress documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in HVAC project management or execution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination, team management, and material planning.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
