We're Hiring - HVAC Planner / Estimation Engineer!

1. Technical Skills:

• Design HVAC and cleanroom systems including heat load calculation, airflow calculation, ACPH, pressure cascade, and equipment selection (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Exhaust, Dehumidifier).
• Prepare cleanroom layouts and zoning concepts in compliance with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO 14644, and Schedule M standards.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, material quantity take-off, and project cost estimation including material, equipment, labor, installation, and commissioning costs.
• Develop project costing sheets with margin analysis and cost optimization.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, datasheets, and scope of work.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, cleanroom layouts, ducting layouts, utility layouts, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with drafting team for preparation and finalization of AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, perform technical and commercial evaluation, and support equipment selection.
• Provide technical support to business development and project execution teams.
• Ensure all designs and estimations comply with project specifications and applicable GMP and international standards.

2. Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom design principles.
• Expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project costing.
• Ability to review and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to deliver accurate and timely technical proposals.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel for engineering and estimation work.
