Job Summary

We are looking for an HVAC Procurement Engineer to manage procurement of HVAC equipment, materials and project requirements while ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of HVAC materials and equipment for projects.
• Source and coordinate with HVAC vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and track material deliveries.
• Procure items such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, piping, valves, insulation and related accessories.
• Coordinate with design, project and site teams for material requirements.
• Ensure procurement is as per approved specifications, makes and BOQs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation and procurement trackers.
• Support cost optimization and timely project execution.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HVAC / MEP procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Experience in vendor development, quotation comparison and negotiation.
• Knowledge of BOQ, purchase orders and material tracking.
• Good Excel and communication skills.
• Candidates from HVAC / MEP project companies preferred.
