About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing and supplier relationships for HVAC-R equipment, spare parts, tools and project materials. The ideal candidate has a strong technical purchasing background, an established supplier network and the ability to secure competitive prices while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure HVAC-R equipment, spare parts, components, tools and materials for ongoing projects.
• Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with manufacturers, distributors and suppliers in the UAE and international markets.
• Maintain and expand an existing supplier portfolio and leverage professional contacts to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Request, compare and negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Review technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQs) and project requirements to ensure the correct products are sourced.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and technical teams to clarify material and equipment requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Monitor orders, shipments, delivery schedules and potential supply-chain delays.
• Evaluate supplier performance, product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify alternative products and suppliers to reduce costs and mitigate procurement risks.
• Support urgent procurement requirements for maintenance, repair and vessel-related projects.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases and purchasing reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in HVAC, Shipping, MEP, marine engineering or industrial technical services.
• Proven experience sourcing HVAC equipment, spare parts, components and technical materials.
• Established supplier portfolio or professional supplier network isa must**.**
• Good knowledge of HVAC products, including chillers, compressors, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation equipment, ducting components, refrigerants ,Insulation materialsand related spare parts.
• Experience negotiating prices, commercial terms and delivery conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, BOQs and equipment documentation.
• Familiarity with local and international procurement and logistics processes.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement or ERP systems.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred or consolidated experience

Portfolio / Supplier Network

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their procurement experience through a record of relevant product categories, supplier relationships, sourcing projects or purchasing achievements. A supplier portfolio or professional references are an advantage. Confidential supplier information does not need to be disclosed during the initial application.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
