Salary up to $150K + Super + Car | Sydney, NSW The Opportunity An established mechanical services contractor specialising in HVAC installations, upgrades and refurbishments across commercial buildings is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across hospital fit-outs, university upgrades, commercial fit-outs and mechanical replacement works, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney.

You'll take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from initial planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, variations and schedules to ensure projects remain commercially on track.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and other trades to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all works meet project specifications, relevant Australian Standards, quality requirements and WHS obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager within the building services industry.
• Strong background delivering commercial HVAC installation, fit-out, upgrade or mechanical replacement projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, variations, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, project specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
