HVAC Project Manager

Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for preparing and managing awarded projects through to successful completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, HVAC industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications, drawings, and proposals to ensure accurate scope of work.
• Manage awarded projects from planning to close-out, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or changes.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with software including Google Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Journeyperson ticket is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
