The Work

• Service, diagnose, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work in both residential and light commercial environments
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers
• Support installs and assist on more complex jobs when needed
• Continue learning and developing technical skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience
• Advanced understanding of service and troubleshooting
• Willingness to continue to learn and grow within the trade
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Skills

• Refrigeration experience (REQUIRED)
• ServiceTitan Software experience (DESIRED)
• EPA certification (REQUIRED)

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• Limited rotating on call as needed
• Dispatch from our Scottsdale office daily

Compensation

Hourly pay: $25 to $45 per hour depending on ability & experience
