We're not looking for someone who can simply install HVAC equipment. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the installation from the time they pull into the driveway until they leave. Here's our standard:

Safety

1. Flawless adherence to brazing and evacuation procedure
Follows the exact procedure — nitrogen purge, braze technique, vacuum to spec — every time, not a version of it.

2. Code knowledge — gas, flue, and condensate
Understands sizing, construction, and support spacing for gas piping, flue venting, and condensate drain per code. Plumb and level, or properly pitched- Every time.

Customer-Facing Professionalism

3. Customer interaction
Positive, encouraging interaction with homeowners, including final operational education.

4. Site protection and cleanliness during install
No filthy handprints on interior/exterior walls when installing condensers, thermostats, or anything else — this is what the homeowner sees and judges.

Other

5. Sheet metal fabrication
Field-fabricates any transition quickly and with precision. No B.S. S-Cleat plenums

6. Installation precision
Plumb, level, or properly pitched — every time.

7. No yard sales
Doesn't leave tools and materials scattered across every horizontal surface of the job site.

8. Truck ownership
Takes command of stocking, cleanliness, and readiness of the install truck.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
