Now Hiring – Experienced Hvac Service Technician One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Wilmington, DE We're looking for a skilled technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing customers with solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
• Communicate recommendations to customers
• Present repair option or set a tech lead when appropriate
• Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options
• Complete accurate service tickets and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

Qualifications ✔ 5+ Years HVAC Service Experience Preferred

✔ Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills

✔ Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred

✔ Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record

✔ Excellent Customer Service Skills

✔ Ability to Work Independently

✔ EPA Certification Required

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
