Watts Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated, driven, and customer-focused HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant (Comfort Advisor) to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping homeowners improve their comfort while earning an uncapped income, we’d love to meet you.

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.

Design and present customized HVAC system replacement options.

Educate customers on system efficiency, indoor air quality, and financing options.

Generate your own referral business and networking opportunities.

Follow up with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent Watts Heating & Cooling with integrity.

Compensation

Company-Generated Leads

4% commission on all completed HVAC system sales.

Self-Generated Leads

8% commission on all completed HVAC system sales.

Monthly Sales Bonus

Sell $100,000 or more in completed sales during a calendar month and receive an additional $1,000 bonus.

Additional Incentives

Earn even more by helping customers protect their investment:

$25 for every Watts Comfort Shield Maintenance Agreement sold.

$100 for every whole-home dehumidifier sold.

$100 for every UV Light Air Purification System sold.

$25 for every completed job that results in a verified 5-star Google review from the customer.

Qualifications

Previous HVAC sales experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
