Job Summary

Brite Engineers is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, promote HVAC products and services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
• Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, site visits, referrals, and networking.
• Promote HVAC products, including Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package AC, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Meet customers, builders, contractors, consultants, and facility management teams.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert leads into orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, project, service, and accounts teams.
• Maintain good customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with the accounts team.

Basic Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and air-conditioning products.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and presentations.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Additional Requirements – Advantage

• Previous experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, or business development.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC drawings.
• Experience dealing with builders, contractors, consultants, and commercial clients.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.

Experience

• Freshers with good communication skills and sales aptitude may apply.
• 1–3 years of HVAC or technical sales experience is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Salary will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, and sales skills. Incentives and other benefits may be provided as per company policy.
