HVAC Sales Representative

Green Bridge Home Comfort is a company that specializes in the installation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems.* This position is Cold Lead Generated Sales and is COMMISSION PAY ONLY.*

Agents will have the opportunity to grow within the organization, with monthly promotions, bonuses, and the chance to work with the best lead generators in the industry.

Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring Sales Agents to Sell Direct to Consumer based on leads provided for the bestselling HVAC products.

Sales Agents will be required to hit a monthly Sales target, show initiative, follow manager instructions, and be keen on time.

Sales Agents will be expected to drive and close leads. Vehicle charges will not be covered.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 year of HVAC Sales experience with a Canadian company
• Fluency in English, excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• HVAC Sales Experience is MANDATORY
