Plenty of Maintenance & Service Opportunities

You’ll primarily run residential:

• Preventive maintenance calls
• HVAC diagnostic/service calls
• No-cooling and no-heating calls
• System performance and comfort concerns
• IAQ and airflow opportunities
• Aging equipment evaluations

Our technicians are expected to thoroughly inspect systems—not simply complete a checklist and leave.

Sell Through Education, Not Pressure

We want technicians who can sit down with a homeowner and explain:

• What is wrong
• Why it matters
• What happens if it is left unaddressed
• What repair options are available
• When replacement may make more sense
• What improvements can increase comfort, reliability, or efficiency

You provide the information and options. The homeowner makes the decision.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and service calls
• Thoroughly inspect equipment and identify current and developing problems
• Diagnose electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Present repair options clearly and professionally
• Recommend IAQ, airflow, comfort, and efficiency improvements when appropriate
• Identify systems that should be evaluated for replacement
• Generate qualified replacement opportunities for our comfort advisors
• Build relationships with maintenance customers and encourage long-term retention
• Document findings, photos, recommendations, and customer conversations in ServiceTitan
• Complete professional, clean, code-compliant repairs
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction while meeting performance goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Strong electrical and refrigeration knowledge
• Experience running maintenance and service calls independently
• Comfortable presenting repair options and discussing pricing with homeowners
• Comfortable identifying replacement opportunities
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated by performance-based compensation
• Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule & On-Call

Full-time position with a rotating weekend on-call schedule shared across the service team.

The schedule is planned in advance with a fair rotation and additional compensation.
