HVAC Senior Service Engineer

About the role:

• Service and maintain HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration systems
• Install, diagnose and repair air conditioning equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Manage service jobs, parts, tools and vehicle stock
• Keep accurate service reports and job records
• Deliver high standards of customer service on every visit
• Mentor trainees and support team development
• Join the on-call roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Follow company health, safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

• EST licence, Refrigerant Fillers Licence and HC refrigerant skills
• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent
• Strong HVAC service and fault-finding experience
• Experience with Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric and Temperzone
• Full NZ driver licence and excellent customer service skills
