HVAC Service Installer

JOB SUMMARY:

The HVAC Service Technician/Installer is responsible for residential and commercial installations, as well as, maintenance and diagnostic repair work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• PM, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
• Install furnace and air conditioning systems
• Maintain truck and inventory
• Possess attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
• Perform other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support and exhibit behavior consistent with the Service Philosophy of Matheny Heating & Cooling.
• Act with diplomacy as a representative of Matheny Heating & Cooling.
• Perform other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid St. Louis City/County HVAC technician license
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects
• 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
• Must have a neat appearance
• Friendly, personable, and responds to customer concerns
• Valid social security card, driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must agree to a background and drug check

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain truck and keep inventory well stocked
• Maintain other equipment and tools and ensure proper working order of company property

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
