Duties

• Manage daily service department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians and advisors to meet performance targets
• Utilize service software and repair knowledge to prepare accurate estimates and service writing
• Drive upselling and customer communication strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining customer trust
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations

Skills

• Proven HVAC experience with service management expertise
• Proficiency in service software and computer-aided estimating tools
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about HVAC issues and repair options
• Experience in HVAC estimating, service writing, upselling techniques, and sales strategies
• Mechanical knowledge combined with HVAC repair skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving is an essential part of the role
