HVAC Service Manager

Daniels Energy, a well-established, independently owned heating oil, propane, and HVAC company, is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service operation.

This is an important leadership position for an experienced HVAC professional who understands the technical side of the business and knows how to lead technicians, manage customers, and keep a busy service department running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support our HVAC field technicians and service office staff
• Oversee daily scheduling of service calls and maintenance visits
• Coordinate emergency HVAC replacement installations
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
• Help price service work and emergency replacement installations
• Utilize and understand flat-rate pricing
• Work closely with other department managers to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the service team

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with heating oil and propane systems
• Previous experience supervising HVAC/service technicians
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to manage scheduling, priorities, and a fast-paced service operation
• Knowledge of service pricing and flat-rate pricing is a plus
• A proven ability to lead a team and solve problems

Strong technical expertise and prior field-supervision experience are required.
