HVAC Service Sales Project Manager

Grunau's Project Managers differentiate themselves and Grunau through excellent project execution. They own their personal development and create strong relationships with our customers. They sell the majority of their own work. Our project managers manage portfolios of "complicated" buildings. As a Grunau Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.

Job Specifics:

• Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
• Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
• Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years of project management or relevant experience.
• HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.
• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Capacity to work on a high performing team
• Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing Grunau’s pricing system
• Motivated by providing first class customer service
• Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.
• Aptitude for learning new software/systems
• Positive attitude
• Driven to help teammates to win

Physical Requirements:

• Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.
