The Service & Maintenance division provide a full 24-hour, 7 day per week mobile callout service to all our Customers Air Conditioning and Ventilation needs. We also specialise in setting up site specific Maintenance programs designed to cater for each customer’s requirements.

What’s the job?

The Service Supervisor will be leading and developing a highly skilled Service & Maintenance team and will be part of the Chillex Maintenance leadership team. We are looking for a complete all-rounder that can supervise a great team and provide technical direction when required who is customer focused with commercial acumen to continue the further growth and success of the Service & Maintenance Division.  Not only that to continuously lead, motivate and inspire the division based on our Vision & Values

What skills do I need?

·         Fully qualified Refrigeration & HVAC.

·         Must possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate the essential functions.

·         5-10 years’ experience in repairs maintenance and installation.

·         Diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques and procedures.

·         Reading & Understanding schematics.

·         Previous estimating experience.

·         Previous team leadership experience.

·         Previous experience communicating with customers effectively and promptly exceeding their expectations.

·         Site Safe Passport.

·         Must be Computer literate in (intermediate to advance):

·          Office 365 (including Teams & SharePoint)

·         SimPRO

·         Digital Applications

·         EST License.

·         IRHACE No.

·         IQP qualified.
