Around the Clock is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing excellent service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and system inspections
• Identify issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
• Communicate clearly with customers about system performance and repair needs
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company procedures
• Provide a high level of customer service on every call
• Follow all safety standards and HVAC best practices

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to continue learning
