What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Perform preventive maintenance and system checkups
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and controls issues
• Present repair and replacement options to customers in a clear, honest way
• Document every job completely in ServiceTitan, including photos, notes, readings, and recommendations
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• Take part in the after-hours on-call rotation
• Represent True Blue professionally on every call

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (required)
• EPA 608 Type II certification or higher (required)
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional appearance and good customer communication
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops in Florida heat
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use ladders safely

Preferred

• ServiceTitan or similar field software experience
• Florida HVAC experience
• Light commercial experience
