What You'll Do

• Respond to residential service calls.
• Diagnose and repair customer issues.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit.
• Educate homeowners on their options in an honest and professional manner.
• Identify homeowners who may benefit from a replacement or upgrade solution and connect them with one of our Field Supervisors when it's the right fit.
• Work closely with our Field Supervisors to create the best outcome for the customer.
• Complete service documentation using our mobile software.
• Represent Encore Heating and Air with professionalism and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1-2 years of residential service experience, or 1-2 years of residential installation experience with a desire to transition into service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile apps.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and improve every day.

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
