What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be out in the field, handling service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. From troubleshooting to tune-ups, you’ll be the one making sure everything runs smooth.

Your Day-to-Day

• Service, maintain, and repair residential/light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and figure out what needs fixing
• Keep your work area clean—nobody likes a mess, right?
• Stay sharp with safety, both on the job and while driving
• Rock those floor savers in customers' homes (we respect their space)
• Keep your company ride clean, inside and out

What You Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on HVAC experience—you know your stuff
• NATE certification? Big bonus if you’ve got it
• Solid communication and technical skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Clean driving record
