HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician | $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Depending on experience and union card

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, | 7:00am to 4:00pm | occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Dispatched to calls by our expertly trained in-house dispatcher
• Service, maintenance, repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Consulting customers on repair or replacement options as needed
• Educating customers on new technology and IAQ accessories
• Providing the customer with a high-quality experience
• Testing and balancing systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service and repair experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and service a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
• Knowledge of airflow management and air balancing principles
• Ability to assess customer concerns, explain repair options, and recommend cost-effective solutions that meet both customer and company needs
• Completion of an accredited HVAC technical or trade school program preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
