HVAC Service Technician

We’re growing and looking to add a HVAC Service Technician with OIL EXPERIENCE to our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, and Heat pump systems.
• Heating system cleanings - both oil and gas. MUST have oil experience, gas experience preferable.
• Potentially perform HVAC installations for residential and commercial projects, depending on service volume.
• Interact professionally with customers, builders, and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Accurately complete job documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (service).
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as manage jobs and time effectively
• Ability to read job plans preferred
• On Call Preferred
• Oil burner license
• EPA Certification (Required)
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
