Extreme Air Conditioning & Heating is a locally and family-owned HVAC company serving Orange County. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

We provide residential and commercial heating and air conditioning services. We are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in their work, can accurately diagnose HVAC problems, and provides professional service to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform heating and air conditioning service calls
• Identify system problems and recommend appropriate repairs
• Complete repairs and maintenance accurately and efficiently
• Explain equipment issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Complete required service documentation, job notes, and photos
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
• Communicate effectively with the office and field team

What We're Looking For

• HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment
• Commercial HVAC experience is a plus
• Relevant HVAC certification or licensure in California (e.g. EPA 608, NATE, etc)
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC service work

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday.
Occasional overtime and after-hours/emergency service may be required.
