Your New Role

• Provide residential HVAC service in Rowlett, Texas.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Service air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems.
• Identify HVAC system issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Complete HVAC repairs safely and efficiently while following company standards.
• Document service work thoroughly and communicate findings clearly with customers.
• Take ownership of your daily HVAC service calls and maintain a professional customer experience.
• Deliver consistent, high quality workmanship while meeting performance expectations.
• Work closely with the team to provide customers with dependable HVAC service.

Job requirements

• 2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related residential HVAC equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose HVAC systems and perform service work safely without direct supervision.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to receive coaching, continue learning, and improve technical skills.
• Self motivated approach with a strong work ethic and the ability to remain productive while working independently.
• Commitment to quality HVAC workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and complete the physical duties associated with residential HVAC service.
