HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, and repair air conditioning and heating systems including natural gas, propane, fuel oil and heat pumps
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
• Conduct performance tests on HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Provide excellent customer service

Experience:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience:

• HVAC: 3 years (Minimum), 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II
