HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Do

• Arrive early, clean, and prepared, with job notes reviewed and a stocked, professional truck.
• Greet customers confidently and set expectations using our Guru Inspection Agenda.
• Inspect the full comfort system (HVAC, ductwork, insulation, IAQ), documenting with photos and video.
• Present options from top-tier to basic and let customers decide. Educate, don't pressure.
• Complete repairs and maintenance to Gurus standards: clean, complete, and double-checked.
• Collect payment, close the job in Crew Control, and ask for a 5-Star Google Review ($25 per verified photo review).

What Success Looks Like

• Homeowners trust your advice, ask for you by name, and leave 5-Star reviews.
• $500K+ in revenue your first year through trust-based service.
• Leadership training that prepares you for Service Manager within 3 to 5 years.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience (service or maintenance preferred)
• Proven high-ticket sales performance and genuine customer service skills
• A business mindset around profit, presentation, and long-term customer value
• Universal 608 EPA certification required; NATE preferred
• Comfortable with mobile apps, video documentation, and CRM reporting
• A clear communicator who listens first and educates second
