HVAC Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help clients maintain comfortable indoor environments while adhering to safety standards and industry best practices. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems.
• Repair and replace mechanical components, including motors, compressors, valves, belts, filters, and electrical wiring.
• Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems and ensure proper integration with property infrastructure.
• Utilize brazing and soldering skills when necessary for equipment repair or system modifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician (5 years preferred)
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair, refrigeration systems, boilers.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
• Familiarity with HVAC
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as combustion analyser and other electrical testing equipment.
• Experience with brazing and soldering techniques relevant to equipment repair or system modifications.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC applications.
• Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $31.00 per hour
