Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour + spiffs, bonuses, and commission Potential Annual Earnings: $100,000+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform scheduled, annual, and preventative maintenance
• Educate customers about repair solutions, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and system upgrades
• Identify and develop opportunities for complete HVAC system replacements
• Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs and equipment condition
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout every service call

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Ability to understand and use wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment and systems
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Understanding of airflow, air balancing concepts, and proper balancing techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical school certificate or formal training preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
