HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including refrigeration systems
• Perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and make necessary repairs
• Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits
• Handle ammonia refrigeration systems safely and efficiently
• Install, plumb, wire, solder, braze, connect, and adjust HVAC equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant position

• Proficiency in working with various tools and diagnostic devices

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and refrigeration cycles

• Capable of troubleshooting electrical circuits using an ohmmeter

• Skilled in plumbing, boiler operations, and general property maintenance

• Must be able to work on oil and gas fired units.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
